BLACKBERRY ICE CREAM WITHOUT EGG 400g fresh blackberries 200ml milk 250ml heavy cream 50g sugar a pinch of salt Juice from 1/2 lemon Wash the blackberries, drain and mash it with fork or blend it. Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt. In a bowl, blend sugar, heavy cream and milk with mixer for 3-5 minutes. Add the mashed blackberry, mix it. Pour in an ice cream bowl, cover it and freeze it until 4-6 hours. Scoop ice cream and ready to serve.
