Blackberry Sorbet.  1 1/2 cups water  1 cup sugar 3 cups blackberries or blackberry/ blueberry mix 3 Tablespoons lemon juice   Make simple syrup with water and sugar , add fruit, cook for 2-3 minutes until soft. Can add 3-5 leaves basil.  Add lemon juice. Let cool and mash fruit, strain and let cool in fridge . Another option add 1 tablespoon vodka or tequila at  this point. Chill 4 hours or over night. Following ice cream makers manufactures direction freeze chilled mix 20-25 minutes,

BLACKBERRY ICE CREAM WITHOUT EGG 400g fresh blackberries 200ml milk 250ml heavy cream 50g sugar a pinch of salt Juice from 1/2 lemon  Wash the blackberries, drain and mash it with fork or blend it. Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt. In a bowl, blend sugar, heavy cream and milk with mixer for 3-5 minutes. Add the mashed blackberry, mix it. Pour in an ice cream bowl, cover it and freeze it until 4-6 hours. Scoop ice cream and ready to serve.
