Big hunka Buffalo Chicken Stromboli. Store bought WW pizza dough, sauted onions and peppers, leftover buffalo chicken, fresh spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Stretch dough out on a well floured surface. Pile on the toppings to your liking. Fold in the sides, then roll over onto itself. Place on a well greased pizza pan. Bake for 20-25 mins at 450 degrees. So yummy. For the chicken I used the recipe for weight watchers crock pot buffalo chicken. Which BTW is delicious all on its own.
