Grilled steak w/seasoned green beans and tomatoes and homemade chimichurri sauce - 300 calories -YUM YUM! I seasoned the steak w/sea salt, fresh ground pepper & a touch of garlic powder & worchestershire sauce. I seasoned the veggies w/Italian seasoning. Chimichurri sauce: 3/4 C cilantro, 2 cloves garlic, 1 jap, 2T EVOO, 1 1/2 T red wine vinegar, 1 T salt, 1 T cracked pepper, 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning. Blend in food processor. YUM YUM!
