A magnificent Belle Epoque platinum and diamond tiara-necklace, of graduated scroll and foliate design, set throughout with old brilliant cut, single cut and rose cut diamonds. The tiara frame detaches with a small screwdriver and makes it into a wonderful necklace. France (?), ca 1905
