This looks like a NO-NO and smells like a NO-NO and tastes like a NO-NO but its a YESSSSSS! It is a TREAT NOT A MEAL 1/2 cup of Frozen Yogurt (90 cal), piece of banana, 3 slices apple, tbs sugar free syrup and 1/2 tsp (or more) of cinnamon. Slice the fruit, top with the syrup and cinnamon and nuke for 40 sec(cover with paper towel so it doesn't splat) then pour it over froz. yogurt, add chop nuts (optional) DO NOT EAT DURING THE 10 DAY CLEANSE
