High protein breakfast egg muffins!   2 eggs 4 cherry tomatoes 1 green onion 3 strip turkey bacon  Pre heat oven to 400. In a small bowl crack 2 eggs and whip. Add salt & pepper, chopped green onions and tomatoes then stir.  Rub olive oil in cupcake 3 tins. Line cupcake tin with turkey bacon.  Pour egg into cup and bake for 15 mins!
