  • 1 thumb-sized piece Ginger, fresh
  • 1 Onion, medium
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Eggs, large free-range
  • 2 Lemons juice of
Pasta & Grains
  • 170 g Long grain or basmati rice
Baking & Spices
  • 2 heaped tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 Sea salt
  • 250 g Yoghurt, fat-free natural
  • 1 tablespoon pure butterghee
