Buttercream castle cake - This is my third castle cake. I didn't deviate much from my other designs except the towers are all edible this time. The towers are stacked ice cream cones (flat-bottomed kind). Turrets are sugar cones covered in fondant. Stonework is piped buttercream. Vines are royal icing. Flowers, windows, doors and path are fondant. Grass is royal icing. I wish I'd taken a photo with a background other than my messy kitchen!

The cutest little girl birthday castle. Love how the flags have the number their turning and the birthday girl by the castle entrance.
