White chocolate raspberry cheesecake: Microwave a WCR Quest for 5 seconds & mold into sprayed ramekin. Filling: 1 T coconut flour, 2 T greek yogurt, dash cinnamon, 2-4 T almond milk, few drops of stevia mixed together. Fill crust with filling and bake at 400 for about 10 minutes. Top with almond butter & cacao nibs if desired!

Quick easy mini cute and delicious! Packed with protein as well. Simply mix together in a small bowl 1/4c plain greek yogurt, 1 tbsp flaxseed meal (i get mine from @vitacost good prices), 2 tsp cacao powder, 1 scoop of @abouttimeprotein whey protein powder (i used vanilla) (can sub for a  different whey protein brand just some proteins i find cooke differently and the cookie smay turn out drier then my did), 2 tbsp oat flour, stevia to taste, and 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter. Maca Chocolate Perfect Fit Mug Cake shared by krmers2_tiu! 1 scoop vanilla Perfect Fit Protein; ½ banana, mashed;  ½ tbsp almond milk; ¼ cup egg whites, 1 tsp cinnamon; ½ tsp baking powder; ½ tsp maca powder; and 1 tbsp cocoa powder! Mix all together and microwave for 1.5-2 minutes. Then mix together frosting: 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt; 2 tsp PB2, 1 tsp almond milk; and 1/4 cup cacao nibs. Pour on top of mug cake and enjoy!!

1 scoop white chocolate protein (still a wheyprotein), 1/2 tbs coconut flour, 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/2 med banana, 1 egg white, 1/8 cup water, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 packet of stevia! I added a few pieces of crushed walnuts and microwaved for 1 minute (on and off...I was scared it was going to overflow...bigger bowl next time). Topped with Maple Pancake #sweetspreads #coconutter
