Mozart at the age of six (1763) (image)  Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, aged 6, in court dress. The court dress was given to him in 1762 by the Imperial Court in Vienna.  This oil painting, entitled The Boy Mozart, was done in 1763, possibly by Pietro Antonio Lorenzoni (1721-1782), on commission from Wolfgang's father, Leopold. The painting is currently located in the Mozarteum, Salzburg, Austria.
