Homemade cinnamon energy bars Yield: 8 bars 1 c. pecans 1/3 c. whole flax seeds 1 c. rolled oats 1 c. pitted fresh soft dates 1 Tb. ground cinnamon 1 pinch salt Pulse pecans to pea-sized in food processor bowl. Add remaining ingred., process on HI til dates are evenly distributed; not need to be all smooth, just enough to hold tog. Line 8" square baking dish with parchment/foil. Press mix into edges of pan til evenly distributed. Refrigerator for at least an hour, cut into 2"×4" bars.
