The queen pictured during a wreath laying ceremony at the Irish War Memorial Garden in Dublin. The hues are so pleasant and the roll-on hat with the feathers is eye-catching.  I like the tweedy fabric of the coat and the matching hat band, and the soft colors suit the Queen well.
