  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce, dark

  • 5 cups Bread flour or all purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 4 tsp Instant yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
Dairy
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 1/3 cup Milk
Liquids
  • 2/3 cup Water
