Noatmeal! Blend a cup of almonds, various seeds and flaxseed in the magi mix. Add a banana, 2 eggs and some peanut butter. Put the mixture in a pan and add a cup of rice milk. Bring to a simmer until you get a porridge kind of consistency! Add some mulberrys goji berries and coconut flakes to taste. Bon appetite!
Mint and chocolate smoothie! 1 ripe frozen banana 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves 10 mint leaves, stems removed 1 tbsp cacao nibs tsp cinnamon optional: vanilla stevia to sweeten 1 cup almond milk, plus more if too thick
Coconut Mango Chia Pudding -- 4 tbsp chia seeds, 2 cup coconut milk or almond milk, 2 tbsp honey, 6 tbsp diced ripe mango. Mix all in a bowl except mango. Chill for about 6 hours or overnight. Top with diced mango when ready to serve.
