Puffed Kamut Energy Bars - Avocado a Day

(Amanda note: These are great; I use honey instead of brown rice syrup and throw in some unsweetened shredded coconut. SO GOOD. Experimenting with ways to cut down on the peannut butter...) Homemade Protein Energy Bars -  I substituted kamut puffs for the rice cereal and added 1/2 tsp. coconut oil to the chocolate topping.  Cutting this into 16 squares gives me wonderful little 100-calorie snacks!
