A detailed re-interpretation of clues in a manuscript donated to the library by philanthropists Gwendoline and Miss Margaret Davies in 1921 led manuscripts librarian Maredudd ap Huw to conclude that the volume was a long-lost treasure from the royal library of King Henry VII.
