Greek Flat Bread Pizza with Asparagus, Eggplant and Artichoke Hearts- Spread 2 tablespoons of Hummus (plain or as desired) Top with 1oz of crumbled fat free Feta I cooked my eggplant and Asparagus in a frying pan on medium heat in 2 Tsp. of Olive oil and added Italian Seasoning to taste. Top Flatbread with Asparagus, Eggplant, Artichoke Hearts and chopped Red Onion. ENJOY!
