THIS ROCKED! Sauté onions, garlic and chilli in sesame oil. Add diced smoked tofu. Cook until nice and lightly browned. Add broccoli, zucchini, carrot. Splash with some Tamari. Whisk almond butter, tamari, sesame oil, mirin, and rice wine vinegar together, with some hot water. Boil soba noodles for two minutes- add to the stirfry. Dish out and Pour over the sauce in separate plates. Black sesame seeds/spring onion/corriander to top optional.
