F-101B Voodoo of the 59th FIS stationed at Kingsley Field, Klammath Falls, OR. Circa 1968. This was my Dad's assigned Aircraft. He was the Weapons officer on this aircraft. This photo was taken about a few days before it crashed due to a failure in the control linkage to the Ailerons. Both the Pilot and my Dad were killed in the accident.
