Abs are made in the kitchen! So very true! This is where patience comes in. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but 3 minute ab workouts won't give you abs. It's all in the diet along with proper ab workouts!

so true... I don't count anything. I eat as clean as possible, but it's not perfect. I don't diet. I try to eat smart. Moderation. It's not rocket science & you don't need an app ;)

Very true statement. When you eat real food.you truly do not need to count calories! I lost 80 pounds NOT counting calories. No PROCESSED food.
