Tiny, devoted Momma – On image of hummingbird in her tiny, walnut-sized nest. Her babies will remain in the nest until it bursts because it is no longer small enough to hold them.

An Anna’s Hummingbird nest uses plant down, spider silk and similar fine materials to construct its sturdy nest which is about the size of a spoon.
