Roasted Cauliflower With Chipotle and Lime 1 cauliflower 2 tsp EVOO 1 TBS chipolte powder 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon organic garlic powder 1/4 – 1/2 tsp salt 1 lime Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces, place in a 8 x 8 dish. Drizzle the oil over the pieces, stir to coat Spinkle the chipolte powder, garlic powder and salt. Stir again coat all with seasonings. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 15 – 20 minutes or until slightly crispy. Squeeze lime juice on before serving.
