Quinoa Blueberry Scones - Food & Whine. Changed recipe to use 1 cup buckwheat groats (or 1.25 cup buckwheat flour), mill in TM, and 1.5 cup cooked and cooled quinoa. Used coconut oil for butter. Now GF and DF. Might still need a little more moisture... or just have with a cup of tea :)
