For tonight's dinner! Extra loaded Fried rice :) Smart thing to make out of your left overs in the fridge. I made mine by stir- frying onion, garlic, bell pepper, mixed veggies, shrimp scampi, rotisserie chicken, slow cooked pork,cooked rice, a drizzle of sesame oil, a dash of salt and pepper to taste and a handful chopped cilantro. Adding beaten eggs, Chinese sausage and/or other meat toppings depends on your liking and creativity :) Fun to try! Savor Life!
