Okay this picture makes it easy for me to explain to the people who don't know what this really is, tilt your computer screen until the milky way is level with the ground(your computer will be sideways) now what you are doing is looking towards the center

Super Nova 1604 "Keppler's Star". Kepler's Star, was a supernova of Type Ia[1][2] that occurred in the Milky Way, in the constellation Ophiuchus. Appearing in 1604, it is the most recent supernova in our own galaxy to have been observed unquestionably by the naked eye,[3] occurring no farther than 6 kiloparsecs or about 20,000 light-years from Earth. Kelper’s Supernova, the structure remaining after the cataclysmic explosion of a star. The supernova is named after Johannes Kepler who observed the star’s explosion in October which at the time was brighter than any other star or planet in the sky.

The Butterfly Nebula - NGC 6302 (also called the Bug Nebula, Butterfly Nebula, or Caldwell is a bipolar planetary nebula in the constellation Scorpius. The structure in the nebula is among the most complex ever observed in planetary nebulae.

The 'Hand of God' Nebula

The ‘Hand of God’ Nebula. Was so ready for this to be a crock of shit or over photoshopped - but NASA website confirms! This is a real Nebula formation - truly the hand of God!
