Yummy Italian bites ~ These are my Italian interpretation of miniature BLT’s. Here instead I used grilled pancetta, onions, heirloom tomatoes on Italian bread drizzled with olive oil and either chopped parsley or basil.
Cheesy Spinach Stuffed oz box jumbo shells 1 container ricotta cheese 1 cup Italian blend grated cheese cup grated Parmesan cheese 12 oz cottage cheese 1 tsp salt tsp pepper dash of ground nutmeg 24 oz of your favorite marinara sauce
