A "super-stars" recipe for Broccoli-Cheese Bread. Enjoy!  Mindy, I made this using 1 packet (Ideal Protein) broccoli cheese soup mix; two egg whites; 1 tsp olive oil; 1/4 tsp baking powder; oregano, basil, garlic powder, pinch of salt. Blend with a fork until fairly smooth. Bake in a pie pan sprayed with Pam in a 350 oven for 8 mins each side. Delicious.

I partly cooked the cauliflower and broccoli and blanched the spinach in hot water to soften. Put everything in a dish prepared with cooking spray. Mix IP broccoli cheddar soup with two egg whites, garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and 1/4 tsp of baking powder. Pour mixture over vegetables and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Equals 2 cups veggies and 1 IP meal.
