You know you're a runner when you run up and down a street three or four times to get that last 1/4 of a mile in on your Garmin.

Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon #STWM Week #6 Training Recap

You know you're a runner when you run up and down a street three or four times to get that last of a mile in on your garmin! ---we'll not my Garmin but my running app lol

I want to be able to say this! Honestly.

fit quote: I am a runner. I run in rain or shine. light or darkness. I run until I cry, collapse, or until I feel like I cannot go on. And then I run another mile. because I am a runner. I am unstoppable, unbeatable, untouchable

so true!

It only hurts up to a certain point then it doesn't get any worse. Don't assume it's going to get worse. Changes your whole approach to running and life!

Planking

For all my planking challengers- so true. So, so true. I can plank for three minutes now and everything after about thirty seconds is the definition of agony.

I am a runner. I am strong. Nothing can stop me. Nothing. Unless my phone dies.

Most annoying thing ever when I take my iPod on a run. Some how I become painfully aware of the discomfort of earbuds and weight of the iPod when it is not playing. Also great reason to NOT take your iPod running.
