Mini Shepherds Pie

Easy Mini Shepherd's Pie
12oz vegan ground meat
1-2 cups of cooked peas and carrots
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp vegan worcestershire
1/3 cup of bbq sauce
Salt and pepper
Biscuit dough
4 cups of prepared mashed potatoes
Vegetable Oil
Preheat oven to 375
Heat a non stick pan over medium
Add in a little oil
Add in your vegan ground and brown, break into pieces as you're browning
Season with salt and pepper
Add in your cooked veggies
Cook for 5 minutes
Add in your bbq sauce and worcestershire
Mix well
Sprinkle in flour and cook for 3-5 minutes to thicken
Turn off heat
Take one biscuit dough and roll out to form a disc
Place disc into large greased muffin pan
Repeat with remaining biscuit dough
Fill each cup with your meat and veggie mix
Top with your mashed potatoes (I used a icing piping bag)
Place into preheated oven to cook for 20-25 minutes
Remove and let cool 5 minutes
Remove, serve and enjoy
