Decorated with 15 reliefs, each depicting an amorous couple; on the lid 4, on the front 3 on each side 2 (the right hand with Tristan and Iseult watched by King Marke, and a couple playing chess). The silver straps engraved with long-necked dragons; engraved silver esutcheon over key-tablet, 16th-17th century. Panel and strap at left side broken.
