B-17G "Little Miss Mischief". From the 324th Bomb Squadron, 91st Bomb Group, 8th Air Force. She had just completed a major rebuild just months before, when a direct flak hit caused the replacement of the entire rear of the plane. This belly landing ended her flying career- She went to the scrapyard after this. *Note the back 1/2 of the plane is OD & the front 1/2 is nature metal finish.
