Banana choc chip walnut protein muffins.  Per muffin: 208cals, 21g carbs, 8g fat, 12g protein.   To make 12 large muffins:  150g (1 3/4c) wholemeal flour  100g (4 scoops) vanilla whey protein powder  15g (3/4c) stevia (or other granulated sweetener)  2tsp baking powder  1/2tsp salt  2 medium eggs  200g (1/2c) fat free greek yoghurt  3 bananas, mashed  1tsp vanilla essence  1/2tsp ground cinnamon  add-ins: 50g (1/2c) walnuts  125g (1c) dark choc chips     Fold dry into wet. Bake. Easy!
