A large Chinese blue and white porcelain vase probably dating to the late Kangxi period. The vase is in yenyen form and is hand painted around the exterior with a finely painted design of prunus blossoms on a cracked ice ground. Detail in the work is excellent and the color of the blue is quite attractive. The vase stands about 18 inches (45.75cm) tall and is in excellent condition with the exception of a spot of damage on the foot rim which has been shown in the photos. Still an attractive…
