CRANBERRY-RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE 1 ripe banana 1 cup fresh cranberries cup frozen raspberries cup nonfat milk or soymilk cup plain, vanilla, or raspberry yogurt (I like to use plain Greek yogurt) 1 Tablespoon honey
1 cup vanilla almond milk (I used Silk) 2 cups baby spinach 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped cup pineapple chunks (optional) avocado, diced 2 packets Truvia sweetener (or could use a tablespoon of honey) 1 cup ice cubes (or more for a thicker smoothie)
PEACH RASPBERRY SWIRL SMOOTHIE: Blend 1 cup Milk of choice, 1 cup frozen Peaches & 1 packet Stevia. Pour half into a cup. Blend remaining with 1 cup frozen Raspberries. Pour this peach mixture into serving glass at same time w/straw to create swirl.
