Awww yes, the feeling of great accomplishment!

I think of this every morning when I wake up in the dim light and want to roll over and fall back asleep. The memory of that light, energized, tired and happy feeling gets me to shuffle out of bed.

Runner Things Just when you think you can't run another step, you remember you're still 4 miles from home. So you suck it up, because that's where the food is.

I think it's finally here!!! I've been feeling so bulky with mainly weight workouts and it being too hot to run to help lean back out. With one meeting on the books today I'm definitely taking advantage of this weather!
