I hosted a Scramble Challenge at Hero Arts today and the theme was Inchies! I made three cards for the challenge.
By Dawn Turley. Negative stamp ("Poppy Background" by Hero Arts) inked with Distress inks (tie dye, spiced marmalade, shabby shutters), stamped, then image heat embossed with clear powder. Flowers sponged with spiced marmalade stems with shabby shutters.
By Patsy Collins. Ink "Vine Swirl Background" (thestampinplace.com) and "Poppy Background" (Hero Arts) -- a negative image stamp -- with blue. Stamp poppy once on scrap to lighten the ink color. Lay poppy stamp face up on table, press background stamp (ink side down) onto it. This technique is called "kissing." Stamp on white cardstock using the kissed poppy stamp. Mat with dark blue, then white, then add to dark blue card base.
Wobble Yay! Card
Whether it is someone’s graduation or you just want to congratulate an accomplishment, greeting cards are always a fun way to express our excitement. Today I am sharing a card that I created using a woodblock stamp called Yay!

By Jane. Artistic embossed resist that fades at the edges. Stamp negative stamp on white in VersaMark & heat emboss with clear powder. Sponge over image with purple & blue inks. Not sure how she got the fading at the edges, but I love it! Stamp is "Poppy Background" by Hero Arts.
