So good. I about doubled spices.  3 tsp of paprika and closer to 2 of dried mustard. A lot of thyme.  Added a little Evoo to the rub. Used a full bttle of wine. It does boil down in the oven. Also added extra carrots and parsnips.  Wonderful.
