The Royal Scots Fusiliers.

In the 1880 General Order No. 72 the forage cap with the large, rectangular, flat peak was replaced by the cap with the steeply sloping peak. This is sometimes referred to as the 'Station Master's' style. Below is one to the Leinster regiment.
