A take on the classic Ukrainian Kiev Torte! This hazelnut cake recipe is made with a crispy meringue center, chocolate ganache and caramel frosting!

• 6 Egg whites

• 6 Eggs, large

Condiments

• 1/2 cup Frangelico liqueur or hazelnut syrup

Baking & Spices

• 1 cup All-purpose flour

• 1 tsp Baking powder

• 1/4 cup Chocolate

• 1 tsp Cream of tartar

• 2 1/4 cup Granulated sugar, white
