Our current obsession is fennel. Sauté the potatoes and fennel until almost done. Sprinkle with chili powder and a pinch of sea salt. Add the carrots. Sauté a few more minutes. Top with avocado and hot sauce to serve. Voila! Add a protein for a complete meal! xoxo
