Common Kestrel (Falco tinnunculus) is a bird of prey species belonging to the kestrel group of the falcon family Falconidae. It is also known as the European Kestrel, Eurasian Kestrel, or Old World Kestrel. It is widespread in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
This bird is called a Red-browed Pardalote. Native to Australia, the Red-browed Pardalote is unique in that this bird makes its nests underground at the end of a tunnel. This bird is definitely different with that headdress.
