Stuffed tomatoes with avocado: 6-8 small tomatoes, some sheets of lettuce to the sideboard, 1 garlic toe, 1 avocado, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper. Cut off a lid from each tomato and extract the flesh. Chop garlic and mash together with lemon juice and avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Pipe avocado cream with a star tip in the tomatoes.
