A beautiful alternative. You don't have to hurt yourself to feel, or to make yourself feel better. Self harm won't help you to accomplish that, it makes it harder. Think before you hurt yourself.

This is not meant to be funny. And I kind of feel bad posting it on this board. But I don't have a suicide board so I don't know where else to put this. And I don't self harm either. But I feel like this should really get spread around

For anyone having a hard time with doing/dealing with self harm. You can over come this, I believe in you :) << I do this even if I don't feel like self harming
