Albondigas de carne:para las albondigas,mezclas la carne(3lbs)2huevos,1pan de barra molido,1taza de arroz crudo,consome 2cuch,sal de ajo,haces las albondigas previamente,para el caldo;guisas apio,cebolla,chile verde,ajo,al gusto,tomate licuado,le agregas el agua,deja que hierba,y le agregas las albondigas,ya que floten,agregas zanahorias,y papas,ya listo,apagas y agregas calabazas y cilantro sazona el caldo con consome de pollo y listo!
