Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
4. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until sauce is smooth.
