Ingredients:
• 12 inch long sub roll
• 1 tbs mayonnaise
• 3 slices Mortadella
• 6 slices Capicola
• 6 slices Salami
3 slices Provolone
Toppings:
• Sliced tomato
• Pickles
• Onions
• Iceberg lettuce
• Cherry peppers Hoagie spread @centofinefoods
• 2 tsp Olive oil + 1 tsp red wine vinegar for drizzling
• Pepperoncinis
• Oregano
1. Slice sub roll lengthwise, spread mayonnaise and arrange your meats and cheese;
• 2. Bake at 450 F for about 8 mins on the top rack;
• 3. Add your favorite toppings, drizzle oil and vinegar, finish with some oregano and enjoy!
