12 Baby white or yellow potatoes
1 small handful Cilantro or flat parsley
2 cloves Garlic
1 Lime
2 Oregano, stems fresh
1/4 cup Pickled jalapeno pepper rings
1 Poblano pepper, large
5 Tomatillos
1/2 White onion, small
1 White onion
Baking & Spices
2 Salt
Oils & Vinegars
1 Cooking spray
1 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
1 tbsp Cumin, ground
Bread & Baked Goods
4 Tortillas, large whole wheat
Dairy
1 Mexican crema or sour cream
1 1/2 cups Pepper jack or monterey jack cheese
Other
quartered and very thinly sliced
finely chopped
juiced
peeled and chopped (not green tomatoes but close and more tangy in flavor)
