Here is a low carb, crunchy, and delicious recipe to add to your menu!
2 cut da carb flatbreads
2-3 cups shredded chicken
2 jalapeños, diced and sautéed in butter
4 oz cream cheese
1/2-1 cup shredded mozzarella
Egg, whisked
✅Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce:
1 jalapeno
Hand full cilantro
2 tbsp sugar free syrup
1 cup mayo
Salt, pepper, cayenne
Shred your chicken and mix in cream cheese, mozzarella and jalapeño. Season to taste.
Cut your flatbreads widthwise into 4 strips. Add some of your filling to the flatbread and fold into a triangle shape. Seal closed with egg wash.
Pan fry in oil over medium heat until golden and crisp or air fry at 350 3-4 minutes per side.
To make the sauce combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until fully combined.
