Artemisia's Royal Jewels: Dutch Royal Jewels - Queen Wilhelmina's Diamond Haircomb

Diamond Haircomb--Queen Wilhemina's close up as worn by Queen Maxima, setting off a high pony tail.

The previously unseen smaller version of the Dutch Stuart Tiara, which apparently hasn't been worn in public ever ! (Queen Wilhelmina and Queen Juliana only wore it in the grandest version, with the Stuart diamond on top). Credits to "Triple-A" from The Royal Order of Sartorial Splendor.

DUTCH ROYAL JEWELS~ Floral Brooch Exact provenance unclear. First seen on Queen Wilhelmina in 1898 the brooch was set on a simple diamond band and worn as a bracelet. At that time the brooch had a Pearl in the center. Since then the Pearl has been replaced by a rose cut diamond. The brooch was very often worn by former Queen Beatrix.
