INGREDIENTS
For 20 small balls:
150 grams of Medjool dates, pitted
50 grams of walnuts
50 grams of almonds
1 tablespoon of grated coconut
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder + extra for rolling
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Run the food processor until everything is very fine. The mixture remains sticky.
Roll the mixture into small balls. Press the balls well.
Sprinkle the cocoa powder in a deep plate. Roll the balls in the cocoa until well coated. It is best to store the balls in the refrigerator.
